destructoid.com — So Konami doesn't want reviewers can't mention the 90 minute cutscenes, the grotesque install size, and other items if they want to review MGSIV? EGM said, "Screw that! We got journalistic integrity over here. Keep your damn MSGIV." Well done EGM.

out of the 1up network podcasts i will agree that EGM live is the weakest. GFW Radio, 1up Yours, Retronauts, and the 1up Show are great.

"EGM said, "Screw that! We got journalistic integrity over here. Keep your damn MSGIV." Well done EGM." -- yeah right. And f**k that! There's no Gag order, you idiot. That's just sensational bulls**t. EGM the knight in shiny armor? Yeah right. And for the record: i don't own a PS3, just in case somebody feeling the urge to accuse me of simply being a fanboy.

I'm trying a new approach: humor through persuasion.

That makes no sense at all. Sony didn't require games be installed, the developers of MGS4 decided to do it.

0 Diggs for this? Jesus f**k are there any PS3 owner out there? Christ I'm one of the few people out there commenting on the 2 who ACTUALLY owns both.Trust me, the 360 is noisy as sin - the console would be SO MUCH BETTER just for being damned quiet, it comes off so unproffessional and amateur as a system when it sounds like a rocket, not a quality feeling consumer product.

Late response, but for the record:<a class="user" href="http://kotaku.com/5013357/kojima-productions-says-no-mgs4-90-minute-cutscenes">http://kotaku.com/5013357/kojima-productions-says- ...</a>

This talk of "hidden agendas" and "self-serving motivations" is pretty naive. EGM has public relations people obviously. They would really have to be plain stupid to pass on an opportunity to brand the magazine with integrity. We'll never know for sure, granted, but it really doesn't matter. Them being vocal about their integrity is them making a bad situation into good advertising, its no conspiracy.
