When I first read the headline I seriously thought that they would zap flocks of birds from the sky with a war satellite. =P.

You know what's funny? The corporation that makes Tamiflu was going to go broke and fold before the whole bird flu scare. When avian flu came around, the government made a bunch of contracts with this corporation and now it's worth 50 million dollars. AND, guess who was CEO of the corporation at the time??? Donald Rumsfeld. Oh, and Tamiflu is no more preventative as washing your hands.
