it's free, it works (never had problems with it), I even have it going through the Windows Email client via pop3 servers..only 'bad' products need customer support, and as gmail is NOT a bad product (heck, it's 'beta' status is still more stable than most 'finals' out there), 'customer support' is a moot point. bottom line: RTFF ('read the f***** FAQ'),

they reset my password once, i thought my account was hijacked, between emailing their bots, i got fixed within 30 minutes.

Sounds to me like Google needs to create a customer survey and see what their users would like changed across their multitude of apps....
