That sucks I posted this story two weeks ago and I got nothing...NOTHING!! o well... A lot of you kiddies need to calm down anyway. It's TV not your life! I can understand if you work there but comeone people lets all take a step back and think "hey this is just TV." This is sad because it shows how much our society relies on TV way too much.

They succeeded in the "TV business world" they shut a competing network down. Someone said "they ended up where the started at" no they didn't they are ahead since there is no longer any competition for them, So they did what they had planed.

i would disagree with freakthey aren't ahead, they are much worse off. they haven't eliminated competition either.before the merger I, and I imagine others, watched both networks. once I saw what they were doing to the TTV side, I stopped watching completely. what have they gained, nothing. what have they lost, my viewing as well as numerous others.if they had considered TechTV as competition, then they would also have to recognize that it had viewers that wanted its content. since they have eliminated its content, they have lost its viewers. that does not mean they eliminated competition, they just eliminated its existence.how many people have you heard of that said something along the lines of, "Wow, now that TechTV is getting screwed up and its employees are being fired, I guess I'll start watching this other show where two grown men evaluate the attractiveness of computer generated females. Patrick Norton never did that!"yeah, thats what i thought...

I think its pretty bad when gamerz can't even stand to watch G4. Why watch a show about games, when you could be playing one. Or better yet, learning how to make your own.
