I'm not tryin to be the a dupe nazi... but this seems to make the front page about once every 2 months or so. But who cares either way... it's flippin funny.
"It violates the Stupidity clause by having 3 exclamation points."Surely tho, something with 3 exclamation marks is roughly 3 times better than something with 1? Although I suspect this may not be linear. Only a fool would argue that "!!!!!!!!!!" indicates something 10 times better than "!". One would hypothesise that the number of explanation marks loses correlation with the 'number of times better ' rather quickly. I would suggest the exclamation marks lose efficacy so rapidly it might be impossible to indicate something is even 10 times better with the use of exclamation marks alone.Perhaps beyond even a mere 3, the addition of "Funniest Ever", or similar comment is required to really push the notion that something is (for example) 7 times better than standard.It may well be that the author is fully aware of this theory, and knew that by saying "Funniest Game Show Blooper Ever!!!" he would more successfully convey his feeling that this clip is 7 times better than a regular clip than had he said "Game show clip !!!!!!!".
