blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com — I went back through the internal e-mails turned over in the antitrust suits against Microsoft, looking for new insights into Bill Gate's personality. Read on for one of the gems that turned up, showing Gates in the role of chief rabble-rouser. It shows that even the Microsoft co-founder isn't immune to the frustrations of everyday computer users

That's tomorrow, and that is it for us today. We'll leave you with a cut off of Windows 7 and it's new touch features, take it away.

Consistency at sucking? That's something I might look for in a girlfriend, but not an OS.

So you're happy with gaming on your Mac, great. Couldn't care less. You're missing the point, which is that guys who do PC gaming on Windows want to max out Crysis. It's all about pushing current games to their limit, which admittedly is a bit of a "mine's bigger" contest, but let 'em do as they please. The whole point is that while you could run Crysis maxed on a Mac, you'd pay double or triple what you'd pay for a roughly equivalent PC. When you're talking about low to medium performance gaming, if the Macs can keep up, fine, great, whatever, who cares.

I didn't mean that as a "your mom" joke. I just made an assumption that your mom, like mine, doesn't understand a computer interface. I don't know your mom and I am sure she is just as good of woman as mine is.

Dude, TheWindBlows and brownspank can suck my dick. I'm f**king sick of Windows. I've been a web developer and have been involved in IT for YEARS and I'm SICK OF WINDOWS.Hey, brownspank, have you ever tried a Mac you royalist, Tory ****s****r?If TheWindBlows means by "eating" that I have purchased an "aluminum one" such as a PowerBook G4 or a MacBook Pro, then the answer is yes. I have a MacBook Pro and it is the most glorious laptop I've ever had. I also built a hackintosh the other day out of some old PC parts I had lying around... ;-)@CosmikDebris28 - I'm glad you like John Coltrane as well. I studied for a few years at Berklee College of Music in pursuit of jazz saxophone and his type of music so that's where the name comes from. In addition to computers, I'm also a dedicated tenor saxophonist and composer/arranger of jazz music from Seattle.

This is one of the more interesting items I've discovered through Digg in the past year. This single email from Bill Gates to his underlings makes me have a lot more respect for him than I used to. Bill is at least a little bit in touch with what's going on, although it's not clear that a rant like this will solve the problem.
