I wonder if this is somehow using the energy that was required to make the permanent magnets.

no such thing as free energy just not possible
serjoeAug 12, 2011
Light is energy and can be free too. Check out this video http://budurl.com/InternetThuLight its a new invention. I was amazed!!

"...vision of a free, energy source..."Media savviness rule #1:Never believe a news story with egregiously poor grammar.
nattercaAug 28, 2006
@JugalatorYou are missing the point. "Free Energy" refers to energy we can use with little or no cost once the collection system has been built. Just like the "energy crisis" doesn't refer to the fact that the universe is running out of energy.

cant see it myself
debunckAug 28, 2006
I think its possible as well, but I may be biased as I have crude designs that I drew myself of what I think is a free energy source. But I don't believe the key to it is in chemical conversion more so than I believe it lies in mechanical and kinetic conversion. But that's just me, and I'm no rocket scientist. ; )

First timer here,I may double post as I am unsure as to how this works, I tried to post earlier, but it didn't make it here.I believe that free energy is out there, I just don't think it will come from a chemical conversion. I myself feel it will be a combination of conversions that will ultimately be put over the top by a mechanical conversion. I am biased as I have my own theory and design of just such a machine. But I am no rocket scientist, so I will just continue to be scrutinized, until I build it. : )

They are gloating over message board chatter and google hits, must be a bunch of nothing. I seem to remember a stunt where a bunch of nothing got plastered over message boards and got many google searches... EON8 :-| (anyone can make quick work of a message boarding campaign)

"Our understanding of how magnets push and pull is very low."Then why don't you all do a little reading on the subject?

If Edison and Westinghouse wouldn't have screwed over Nikola Tesla we would have had free electricity today. But, since Westinghouse would not be able to charge for his produced electricity if Tesla was able to produce electricity from the atmosphere for free, he pulled funding from Tesla and shut him down. Corporate greed is much more important than anything beneficial for all of mankind.

I'm a big fan of Tesla too...undeniably ahead of his time. He invented and discovered a lot of great things. One of his best was the method of producing and distributing AC currents, the same way we still power our homes today...but there a lot of urban legend's going around about his mythical successes at actually having built any real "free energy" machines.Back in high school I actually thought I had created a machine that produced more energy than it required to power it....however, it turned out that I lacked a fundamental understanding of the difference between real power and apparent (reactive) power produced in electromagnetic circuits, and had no idea how to tell the difference in my measurements. It simply turned out to be a lot of awful lab work. I think it would have been totally convincing to most laymen though. I even had my self convinced my trusty lab equipment was giving me the real story. Fortunately I did a little more research and debunked it on my own (saving some embarrassment). ;-pWith I'd say 90% of all the debunked "free energy" claims by folks who actually believed they were producing energy out of nowhere, all of them turned out to be deluded by their A. lack of understanding the basic principles of physics, B. total cluenessness with results to power measurements. C. no idea how to prove or disprove their own results. If these guys want to pick 12 "top scientist" applicants for a panel with chairmen from their own company...I'm starting to smell something funny already. Somewhat akin to an author getting to hand pick his own book critics for review, but not letting anybody else or critics read the work.I'm not against the possibility of somebody discovering a yet-to-be-discovered source of energy someday, but a claim that their not pulling any extra energy anywhere from the environment (i.e. creating energy) even if their claiming not to claim that. phtttt.Hey guys, I don't poop. I know everybody else does, and basic biology says I have to excrete body waste to survive.. But I really don't. Science isn't perfect you know!!

Nice :) <a class="user" href="http://free-energy-now.com/" rel="nofollow">http://free-energy-now.com/</a>

They always will find an way to capitalize on energy resources. People still inventing, but they always get bought out by the big corp power (the biggest problem in our planet today - BIG CORP). If you allow me to share this link, check this video ( http://budurl.com/InternetThuLight ). Is about an inventor that converted light into waves to be use as wifi resource for internet. I was wonder how much a device like this will be priced!
