Not to comment spam, but the comments on oculture include a link to www.podiobooks.com. They have a really good selection of books and novels there in a wide range of styles and genres, also completely free to download, with donations to the authors requested. I'm quite fond of "How To Disappear Completely".
The creaking chair and the cute fan hum throughout some of the recordings really add a touch of class. However better than I could do so good effort lads!
Another great find is YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com. They have free audio book podcasts plus they let you turn any text automatically into an audio book podcast. Their system supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French.
