This is retarded. Why use an online converter? Why waste your bandwidth uploading a video, then converting it? I use Videora to conver, and PodTropolis for downloading pre-converted videos.

It worked for me, and I really like the concept. Doesn't really take very long and it is designed for less that proficient ipod video users.
