that doesn't actually workthe file is found (if your default windows folder is C:) c:windowssystem32shell32.dllas simple as it sounds its noti have tried copying this file and replacing it with the vista one in XP but the vista one relies upon many other files not found in XP.

I found this program that lets you change icons easily. There may be better options, this was just the first thing that I ran across: <a class="user" href="http://www.virtualplastic.net/scrow/download.html">http://www.virtualplastic.net/scrow/download.html</a> Unfortunately you have to change each icon individually, no batch options. Maybe somebody will take the time to package this icon set up for easier all-at-once implementation.

the transformation pack is very resource heavy and slows your machine too much
