cs.ubc.ca — This awesome program developed at the University of British Columbia will automatically align, stitch, and blend multiple picture files into individual photographs. Forget stitching your hundreds panoramic shots by hand, the output from this program is better than anything you could do by hand in the same amount of time. Look at the results!

The software that you download is listed as a demo version. However, it's not nagware or feature deprived:"The version of Autostitch on this website is a demo only. Individuals or companies are free to use images that they generate using the demo version of Autostitch without restriction or royalties so long as they acknowledge the use of Autostitch in such works. A commercial license to Autostitch provides access to the patent, source code, technical support and updates"The biggest feature the "demo" version is missing is the ability to stitch multiple panoramic shots at one time. Not too shaby!(yes, I know I'm missing an 'of' in the description ;) )
