Please note, I'm not saying this is morally right, I love Apple, I own and pay for all my Apple Software and Hardware. But, my AV Cable was purchased in-store, it broke, I filled out the online form and they sent me a new one, how were they to know that I even had this AV Cable if they did not require me to return it?
