I never really got into meditation, but this site has 3 nice mp3s that are very realaxing and good to just have playing in the background. Reminds me of that everybody wears sunscreen song.
This site grooves, it's really beautiful! If you listen to these mantras when you're completely relaxed, the very positive messages they contain will immediately start to influence your life for the better (from my own experience). So I recommend checking it out!
great site. love hearing about the "soul" and "spirit" mate. the speaker has an easy voice to listen to. I found it very reassuring even joyful and pleasant to listen to.
