1) If you reread the comments, you may note that this is a more general point: a police officer's command must be lawful. 2) I'm pretty sure there was no "law" barring him from entering this particular event. 3) If you're in a public place such as a park and a police officer asks you to leave, there must be a lawful reason. 4) You seem to be advocating a shift in burden of proof, away from the way the law is supposed to work. 5) I could go on.
