michaelrobertson.com — Michael Robertson: "I read your open letter to the music industry and wanted to respond. It's great seeing the #1 DRM vendor in the world acknowledging that DRM is an issue. [...] I want to challenge you to take actions to bolster your words to insure you are genuine and your letter wasn't simply a deflection shield to escape government scrutiny."

It doesn't matter if AAC has DRM or not--non-iPod players can't play it anyway. They would need to get some kind of license from Apple, and I don't even know if they _can_.

Michael's music related business ventures have been fantastically successfulC.) By and large, the public has rewarded Michael's strategic vision and insightOh, wait... I've mixed them both up.A.) Michael has managed to be sued by numerous studios for copyright violationB.) Michael's decisions directly led to his company being put out of business and liquidatedC.)
