newteevee.com — P2P TV/Online video start-up from Skype founders, The Venice Project nee Joost, is getting a lot of attention, but it has a pretty nifty rival - Babelgum, started by the founder of IPTV pioneer, FASTWEB. The interface is simple and elegant. It is a worthy challenger to Joost.

Never thought I'd say it but:Actually the in2tv link is all about Warner Bros.former content like Welcome Back Kotter,F-Troop,Head of the Class etc., and Aohell just happens to be owned by them.Personally I think it's like payback for all of the hell they've put me through over the years of fixing idiots' machines.

He's not only angry, he's right. These services stand no chance unless they can deliver HD content, pay channels for free, or some must-see exclusive content (highly unlikely!). Then they'll have to deal with piracy of that content. If they don't, they have no advantage over what is already available.

Babelgum - a brand of gum popular in Iraq. Made from dead Iraqis.
