filtering is a poor solution. It makes your employees feel like you don't trust them (remember hating "the man" for filtered internet at high school?), and is ineffective (remember still being able to play "blocked" flash games in high school?)

I can see this going wrong very quickly if the software messes up. The managers I've seen are generally lazy and slow to investigate anything... if it says you were looking at porn you're likely canned whether you were actually doing it or not.

The tool can't be 100% accurate so they need some way to verify that the images found are what they are alleged to be. I imagine many diggers will be trying harder to apply for IT jobs so they can do the scanning right about now...
