The best we can have is competition in a market with out interference. Think of it as the Olympics, we want to know who the fastest runner is, not which runner has the most clout, or which one can kill or hurt the others more, or which one has the proper skin color. And who wants to watch a race where there is only one runner?A good government should reduce interference. Such as making some kinds of killing illegal (not all killing is illegal). Same with hurting or stealing from others, these reduce interference. The problem with socialism and communism is that more often then not it causes interference more so then it reduces it. It can in ways be the Tonya Harding of government philosophies. The problem occurs when markets integrate to deeply, that is the creation of 'entangling alliances', which result in strong arming businesses. Like software developers strong arming computer manufacturers to supporting their product over other products. Or even the allowance of businesses to do more then one thing in a related field. But these kinds of things are hard to maintain because of the nature of markets, these alliances end up reducing profit for those involved and leave themselves open to causing alliances in competition. On the other hand in the case of armed forces (military/police) these techniques tend to be easier to maintain and obviously more dangerous to the world and economy.

Congressman Ron Paul is the ONLY presidential candidate who understands how non-interventionism works both in domestic economics AND foreign policy.

"As Ron Paul says the Republican party truly has lost it ?s way"I totally believe it... But I blame the bias media for not reporting fact in many news stories like Bush's war.
