Sign-O-the-Times. Don't act fiscally responsibe, just get an ARM, take out a few equity loans, and buy them rims/Plasma TVs/Hummers that you can't afford. Credit is GOOOOD!. Best part is, lawmakers are trying to pass laws to save the over-extended in order to save their economies. Can anyone say "Short Sale"?
