Dude wake up a bit I was a lot less biased then you were! Instead of saying for exemple that Camaro won ALL of the review I went with the truth: that it wins some and loose somes, isn't that LESS biased then you were? Tell me, honestly! Also I called you out for the Volt and converj because clearly low volume and quality has nothing to do with one another: a low volume car can be crappy or well engineered, doesn't mean it HAS to suck! Tell me now with facts what was biased in my post? Because it's pretty funny since in my first (in reply to the very first comment thread) post you bash me for being ''anti GM'' and then here you bash me for bein ''pro GM''!
I don't have to dream, my family has owned a few Toyotas & Nissans. My immediate and most of my extended family only buy Ford & Chevy now. It's my one uncle who still buys foreign cars for his wife & family. His work vehicles are always GM. He's a mechanic with access to a full auto shop so he is able to work on his cars on his own. After a few years he dumps the vehicles and usually buys a recent used vehicle and repeats the process.
I got a Z370 for $200 under MSRP. It can be done. The question that you have to ask yourself: Do I want to buy an American made vehicle for ~3k less than a foreign made vehicle considering that American vehicles are known statically for breaking down more frequently than their foreign competitors. Or, do I want to spend the few extra bucks (half a weeks salary) and get something that will last. Also the life of these batteries only last for around 5 years. What does this mean? You better find a sucker who is willing to buy a car with half an engine or be willing to pay more to replace the battery than the car is worth at that time. Also consider this, I may pay a few dollars more for a Z but the resale value will be much higher. Why? b/c of the previous point I made with losing half the engine after 5 years. Look it up on Kelly blue book.I have faith in ford that they will get their s**t together and I have seen an overall increase in the quality of their vehicles being produced over the last 5-10 years but they still have a long way before their can get to the point of competing with the same quality as their foreign competitors.Lets face reality for a second. Jobs in the vehicle manufacturing sector are being lost. why? They is an overall shift in the United States on how business will be conducted in the future. Apple currently does this and I expect others Corps to follow if they have not already done so. Design and creativity will stay in the United States but manufacturing and labor based jobs will be send across seas. But enough with my educational lesson, you get the point.

My point was unionized workplaces were the first to get those benefits that are now applied to pretty much any decent job.
