drweil.com — "Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories tested, the following twelve foods do not have to be organic. These had the lowest pesticide load, and consequently are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume from the standpoint of pesticide contamination."

Not even if any of the fast foods included a food on the list?

Skepdic.com and Skeptoid.com? These corporations just need to buy Skepdecide.com and the astroturfing will be complete.

@CRCulverNot necessarily true - organic farming often has higher yields than intensive methods. Intensive methods have a number of disadvantages.Did you ever notice the rainforests? Do you think that came about because of artificial fertilizers and pesticides? People fell the rainforest, and it is fertile for a few years, but then it gets poorer and poorer.Quality soil requires a wide variety of worms, fungi, bacteria, microbes and non-food plants. You don't get that by spraying poison everywhere.First-world countries _should_ buy organic - otherwise they are worse off than the second world countries that labour in the fields to grow their own crops.

So eat s**t if you want.Personally I think you'd do well to eat nothing but fertilizer.

You don't have buy organic food at all. If you want to stay healthy and tonned up, just eat normal foods in good quantities - not too much burgers and chips. However, if you are fat, and want to know how to lose belly fat, click here > http://www.bestexercisetolosebellyfat.net/

Well...this is good to know about.. but ...just remember organic is not just about pesticides and herbicides.. Consider this:1.) Organic food is not allowed to be grown in sewage sludge.2.) Organic food is not allowed to be grown with nitrogen fertilizers that often cause food to be far less nutritious.

On this topic - me and mt girl friend recently went from eating regular food to mostly organic food. We both lost weight. Other factors stayed the same so I was surprised to see that I looked leaner and more toned when I looked in the mirror. It seems like you can work out a lot and even lift weights but still be a little fat if you eat the wrong food!

Yeah isn't it strange how pesticides are so toxic they must be handled with protective gear and face masks but a little bit in our food is ok, mainly because so far nobody drops dead instantly from eating conventionally grown foods. Yeah right! The truth is that Conventional produced products are not proven to be safe in the long run.
