Man, I wish I could get away with, "I didn't notice," or, "Nobody told me," in my line of work. If this is the way the system works, it desperately needs to be fixed.
I'd be willing to bet they lose far more that 1 to 2 people a day to a crappy system. And yes if even 1 or 2 people slip through the cracks, that means its time to change the system.
She can't take care of her own self forget driving a 2000lb vehicle! Many red flags: cited for driving too slow, cited for improper backing, fell for a Jamaican land scheme therefore evicted from trailer, failed to show up for court therefore arrested & jailed, and several other things. Where was her family while she was jailed for 2wks? I'm sure they'll show up now to sue. Sad & horrible what happened to her, yes! But she needs her license revoked for GOOD, & her family apparently doesn't give 2 s**tz so send her to a nursing home so someone can take care of her. She's outlived her usefulness & is a danger to herself & others. I've promised my own daughters that I'll NEVER become a burden to them like this. I prefer to die with some dignity left!

Why does it seem that most of the idiot law enforcement/legislative news comes from Florida?
