Most, if not all TOS has things in there that are pretty F'ed up, but you have to "agree" with it in order to use the software or service. Most of the TOS is BS that I know anyone wouldnt agree with, but because it's the only POPULAR and/or STANDARD, i have NO choice but to "agree" with the terms so I can use it.
They can do whatever they like, it's their business NOT some platform for free speech. If you don't like it go somewhere else and quit whining like a baby.
She did not violate the TOS. Someone else left a comment on her picture that may have violated the TOS (hard to say since it got removed.) She had nothing to do with that.Deleting her photo was not an appropriate response.
