In many if not most states the only grounds for divorce is "Irreconsilable differences".Adultery might have some serious reprecusions when it comes to who gets what. Many judges pretty much decide the adulterer walks away with next to nothing.

But Billy Joe-Bob Clinton did his crime (lying in court) while he was in office - Vitter's wrong-doing has yet to proved and he has not been accused of any crime (the madam claims she runs a legal escort service) and it was before Vitter was elected. Democrat hypocrisy - you gotta love it!
