Anyone else find the bug where if you throw an object at the top of the screen fast enough you can circumvent collision checking and actually loose the object?
Flash 10 will have limited hardware acceleration, but it won't open things up that much, and developers won't have direct access to the hardware for shader operations or well, anything really. It'll be used to speed up geometry transforms, but that's about it AFAIK.Sliverlight has it, but it's for MS windows vista only so chances are only the brainwashed devs would touch it, I doubt you'll see much come out of it, Flash is too well established.
