AlGore, that's pretty shameful right there, and it has nothing to do with this f**king post.Back to the topic, I was hopping this was a tutorial on fixing cracked LCD screens. Of course that's probably impossible though, oh well.
My LCD turns all different colors and then if I twist opposite corners of it, it snaps back to normal... But then in a couple of minutes or if I bump it it starts again ... Any ideas anyone? I was gonna toss it.
got a question here.. i threw a cd straight into my (new) 19''LCD monitor .. and shattert the screen .. about 70% of the screen is ( i think) dead... is there a way to fix this..( like get a new screen put into it ) or would buying a new screen be the only way ..( or cheapest .. thats what im goin for)
ok i need help! i had my Panasonic DMC-LZ3 in my purse and i was astonished to find the LCD moniotr had this shatter. when i turn it on its just an inverted replica of the crack.... i can not see or read the menu of the camera or the picture. i need some help and recommendations what to do ... it still takes pictures perfectly fine... but is there a way to replace the LCD monitor???? thanks
I have an Apple Studio Display LCD 17" that just all of a sudden stopped displaying any image. Power light is on normally when it's plugged in. I added a 2nd monitor a few weeks ago (a Dell widescreen 20" LCD) and noticed it is MUCH brighter than the Apple monitor. My question in preparing the repair is: does the fact the the apple monitor was dimmer before and is now dead mean that the CCFL needs replacing or the backlight inverter needs replacing? Which is more likely? Also, Does anyone know if there is a shop or a person in Toronto, Canada who does LCD repairs like this, so I don't have to open it up myself? Thanks!!Jonfen

Bad Cables! Advice be more specific when talking about a tech issue (e.g. It's a Laptop, Windows 7, 2 Gigs of Ram) we need details.
