I thought that this would be something about the "hidden", or "secret" web not normally visited by the general population. Actually I think that's called the deep web.
My office wanted to reduce our power consumption in an effort to be more "green." So, I bought a power meter and went around pluggin various electronics into it. I found that a white LCD background used about 3 watts more than a black background. I wonder if the author of this bothered to check their facts......
That is one of the worst written articles I have ever read.What is the conclusion? Are there energy saving color combinations? #5 "It works" What works?
