You got to include college football which is way better to watch than a bunch of millionaires playing. So therefore Atlanta is the best with so many great college football teams near there.

Well, there are a lot of good German clubs around Dortmund whereas in the rest of the country they are spread out. Technically, it's not only dortmund but it is that region of the Rhine. There are no bunched together clubs in France or Spain really, except for Madrid.
