onegoodmove.org— Creationists use Peanut Butter to disprove Evolution. First the Banana, now this... have they gone completely insane?

From the video (paraphrased) "creating life from nonlife is a fairytale."What about urea? From wikipedia "It was the first organic compound to be artificially synthesized from inorganic starting materials, thus dispelling the concept of Vitalism."<a class="user" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urea">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urea</a>oops? i mean how much does it have to look, act, talk, and feel like a duck before it is one?
This reminds me of this one time i was at a Christian youth rally and the speaker at the front said:"Come one, all of these other people believe in this...if so many good people believe it, how can it be wrong?" I kid you not. While I don't think all Christians are such nutbars, video's like this sure gives those christians that believe in real science a bad name.Making videos like this because you are afraid someone is going to "prove" your belief system wrong somehow is both dishonest, and pathetic, and it unjustly portrays all Christians as looney.Dugg for the correct exposure of bad behaviour.
Yeah.. millions of years of lightning storms, enormous amounts of pressure, harsh atmospheric elements, and tons of other factors that existed during early Earth can be compared to the time that peanut butter sits on a store shelf.Stupid creationists.
I was always afraid to accept that I was a very stupid person, but after watching this i feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I thank my jar of peanut butter I'm not the stupidest.

While I am far from a supporter of the theory of evolution, I can tell you this is a poor way to prove anything =

Perfect example of how a belief in god turns people's brains to mush and prevents them from thinking.

Trying to say something smart when you don't understand the topic at all, only thing surprising is that it isn't election season.

I wasn't sure about evolution until he showed me there was no life in the peanut butter. So much for "science."
