p2pnet.net — A Pennsylvania man, Scott McCausland from Erie, was charged in what the US Department of Justice says is the first "criminal enforcement action" against "copyright infringement on a p2p network using BitTorrent technology" and now faces a possible five years in jail, a fine of $250,000, and three years of supervised release.
