I love how people keep comparing new phones to the iPhone, which isn't even out yet. By doing this, you're only making the iPhone the standard by which all others are judged. Keep it up!

For once, I actually did think a non-Apple product was ugly, but surprisingly, the person who beat me to saying got modded down. WTF? I guess Linux > Apple here

SuSE 10.2 actually looks pretty sweet with all the new eye candy, bells and whistles through glx, beryl, compiz, etc... that one would expect form a propritary platform.design in open-source software has come a long way in the past 5 years. the KDE icon sets were terrible in the early days. look out for KDE 4... written in QT4 they are saying that many KDE apps will be able to run in OSX seamlessly. we will see.i guess when the priority of open-source is to focus on security and functionality, design takes a back seat. changing default icon sets does not constitute a legitimate upgrade. just a few thoughts.
