This is amazing really. When they first started to look for planets they were finding planets the size of Jupiter because of the wobble it exerted on the parent star. Now they are finding planets 50% larger than ours?
Most of you are cutting your calculations short. Time does not equal intelligent life. The amount of coincidental circumstances that led to our intelligence or more importantly consciousness of our intelligence is staggering. Even with the a huge amounts of time about (3 billion years) the only life on our planet was single celled. to be honest if you really think about it we are very likely alone and just stating that we couldn't be because the universe is so big is not scientific.I'm not saying there isn't but don't get your hopes up.

2.15 times the earth gravity, that sounds very habitable *irony*. Huge muscles and internal organ failure pending. :)
