Except that the beatles had talent to go with they're popularity. And they did not, nor would they have used there music to shill running shoes and tampons. I'm pretty sure everything they stood for would have been the opposite of what commercialism has become today, but the sixties failed.I believe McCartney has already said in interviews that he didnt approve of jackson selling the american rights for revolution to nike 15 years ago. And compared to that, the rape of the beatles catalog these last few years must have John Lennon spinning in his grave like a camshaft.

Sure why not, they ruin everything else. I wish you guitar hero assh**es would just ruin your own music and leave ours alone. Cant you just push your buttons to blink 182 or something? I mean aren't you the ones buying their albums anyway.

robthom: Have you ever *played* a guitar hero / rock band game? It's not a "twitch reflex" game. Also, I doubt kids raised on Hannah Montana and The Jonas Brothers are gonna actively seek out good music on their own.

They do have Blink 182 in the games. If you weren't such a f**king idiot you'd probably know that your precious f**king bands like AC/DC and Black Sabbath and Rush (I love all of them, mind you) are only a small portion of these games... as small as all the other bands.And I don't know what it is with you f**king purists, but you're probably that same person who can barely play a guitar and still gets all antsy about "those f**king kids and their gay-ass Guitar Hero."So you don't think I'm some kind of assh**e who prefers his plastic guitar over a real instrument, I play guitar, drums, saxophone, classical 4-string instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass) and piano.
