Like many others, I started with v0.7. It was because Leo & the TechTV folks were givin it so much hype I had to find out just what the fuss was all about. I've been with it ever since (I woulda switched to Opera instead, but it wasn't free back then). Happy b-day Firefox!

Firefox is a good browser. I love all the available extensions. Now though I'm using Opera. There is no comparison. Opera is by far the best browser out there.
I hopped on the Phoenix bandwagon early because Mozilla was too bloated for my tastes. To this day I can't understand why they bundled everything together from the beginning. Separating the browser out is what has given Firefox such a jump start.

I started using it when it switched to Firebird. It also loads pages much faster than IE, along with all the other things said here.
