Your mention of race is completely irrelevant as far as this subject is concerned. Also, you can use Firefox on Windows and any ISP that chooses to offer customer support for Windows users using IE will also support customers using Firefox on Windows.
I can probably browse the internet twice as fast as you using firefox. If i want to search google for something all I have to do is press ctrl+l and type "g search words", or "w seach words" for a wikipedia search. Besides... IE doesn't have adblock plus, so it is completely out of the question.

i said use or know of linux...well becasue it greater then 6%..from this headline it seems firefox has almost reached 20%
