abcmoney.co.uk — A study by technology company AdTech says that the popularity of the open-source browser has grown by 40 percent over the last six months. This is cool because they study usage, and not just what people are using. Those who use the net a lot Use FIREFOX. Maybe now website designers will ditch IE only extensions.

When you say web developers might stop making IE only extensions, or whatever it was, I'm too lazy to scroll up, you probably mean to say 100% firefox compatible browsers... Which means....FIREFOX will then be targeted by the adware/spyware people, and then someone else will make a new browser.. and it will go on and on..

"Now I realize how small Europe is."Yeah, just double the size of US, or 3.5 times the size, if you count in Russia. Still pales in comparison to China or India, absolutely.J

When Microsoft releases WPF FireFox will become a footnote.Sure Microsoft makes mistakes, but they always fix them unlike open Crap.Enjoy Firefox while you can.And as far as standards there is NO BROWSER that meets the standards. Opera is the closest. But that argument is old and tired, and MicroSoft doesn't need to follow standard the SET THEM. Like WPF.This time next year Firefox will be toast.(GO ahead flame, me but I'll have the last laugh.)
