Bah. They broke something. The new update; for me, makes digg comment pages scroll like the browser is running on an 8088.

got it confused with 3.1 which has been pushed back many many times.

fair point, but I had exspirenced it with a new install. Seems to have stoped since recent update so i retract my comment and dig yours.
