Just beat the game on Heroic and it is outstanding. Haven't experienced any glitches, and the load times are a little long for multiplayer, but the graphics are so worth it.
Perhaps 10/10 doesn't mean "perfect" but rather as good as it gets? Every game that's ever received 10/10 has always had some fault. It just isn't humanely possible to produce a game with 0 faults. If it was true that 10 meant "perfect" than there would never have ever been games receiving such scores in the past because I've never played a game that was perfect.
The popular review sites rate the hyped up games high, because that is all the fanboys want to see. They don't want an objective review, but something that validates their opinion that what they are playing is the best game ever. Kind of like when someone gave Twilight Princess a sub 9 score and got barraged by hate mail from the fanboys when the game wasn't even out yet'
