isc.sans.org — The SANS Internet Storm Center is looking for reports of vulnerable financial websites, in order to collect these reports and forward them to the affected sites. So if you ran into a financial website that only allows 7 character passwords, or has obvious cross site scripting flaws, sent you a password in the clear via email, let them know.
