blog.wired.com — The go-fast gurus at Ferrari are working on a successor to the jaw-dropping Enzo that could be the lightest, quickest two-seater ever to roll out of Maranello.Ferrari sees lighter cars as the best way to reach its goal of increasing fuel economy 40 percent and reducing emissions 25 percent without compromising its reputation for performance.

You sir, have completely destroyed the spirit of supercars....Ferraris are about harmony, precision, and tuning. Not slapping fiberglass body on top of a beater and calling it a sports car.

Ferrari don't do them, but you can get body-kits that fit onto other cars - here's a picture of a Toyota MR2 (don't know what it's called (or if it's even out) in the US, sorry) with one:http://www.flickr.com/photos/grim/359393852/in/set ...It looks rubbish, and was so expensive you could have got a real Ferrari instead (as we discussed in the photo comments).

No cup holders as standard on the car.

Check out the opening chase scene in Speed Zone for an example of one modded to look like a Countach. Some of the shots have a real Countach, others uses a modified Fiero. You can tell by looking at the windshield wiper, on the Lambo its at an angel, while its laying flat on the Fiero.

kind of off topic but a fiero with an ls1 is pretty fast

The Audi R8 isn't a supercar though. The F1 is still the second fastest road car ever.

Says who?

I don't think it needs to be any faster! I have enough trouble keeping up with it as it is. lol. I shot the Enzo video you see on "Car Enthusiast Life: Meetup, A glimpse into the insanity [Part 2]". Google it and enjoy!
