psychologytoday.com — Psychologist Geoffrey Miller and colleagues tapped the talent at local gentlemen's clubs and counted tips made on lap dances. Dancers made about $70 an hour during their peak period of fertility, versus about $35 while menstruating and $50 in between. Hmm, I think more research may be needed to confirm this data. "Base" rather than "basic" implies something foul. "Bound to" implies this is something not good. Where in the US are you from? LMAO

Doesn't surprise me. Being on the pill makes me feel a little less sexy. I've heard a lot of women echo that it turns down the volume on libido a little for them (but still totally worth it) and I'm sure, makes us act, move, smell different in subtle ways. The spontaneity it allows for in a monogamous relationship more than makes up for that I think. But for strippers, you know what costs more thousands of dollars a year? An oops kid.

Lap dances from... menstruating women.... yield lower tips??? How bloody counter-intuitive.
