Actually, it's you who has no sense of law. An ex post facto law defines something as criminal and applies itself retroactively. That's nowhere near the same as revoking immunity.

Yea right. A "madman" YOU say but you overlook that he may be making sure the U.S.A. has an equal share in the remaining oil in the Mideast before Iran, Russia and Chian take over. Plus the fact that Saddam never abided by the UN sanctions. Several people have already gone to prison for the lying and cheating they were doing against the UN and the entire world.

Nobody said that this war was a Utopian hippie daydream. The invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, in fact the entire 'war on terrorism,' can by traced to U.S. meddling and manipulation during the Carter and Reagan administrations. It is NOT the job of the president to keep us safe, it is his job to uphold the constitution. He has failed!

I completely agree with you. What's with that anyways? The town holds a festival, with a beer garden, and the veteran, just home from Iraq three weeks, gets busted while walking home from the festival,thrown in jail, has to be bailed out by his dad. It's like the cops were sitting outside of the beer garden waiting for people to start walking home. It sucks.
