biz.yahoo.com — WASHINGTON (AP) -- The first birth-control pill meant to put a stop to women's monthly periods indefinitely has won federal approval, the manufacturer said Tuesday. Called Lybrel, it's the first such pill to receive Food and Drug Administration approval for continuous use. When taken daily, the pill can halt women's menstrual periods indefinitely..

Well pissflaps, that was a nice point you had. But there is a problem with it. Women can have kidney stones too.

Just sent the link to my girlfriend. She was on the shot for 2 years without any periods...now that she is on pills because the doctor wouldnt give her the shots anymore...she gets them (and it sucks for the week!!!!!). So this is good news, and she'll most likely want to go on it :)

How ironic that this might make life with women bearable, and only at the expense of extinction...

I have no idea where you went from BC to promiscuousness. But I do know that if you and your wife really loved each other then you shouldn't need to sleep with anyone else. As for you two being happy that's great but maybe your love is just what you want to believe. When she is bored of "f**king" you and goes on to the next guy with the bigger, better penis or even just a better body or better sex, that can't possibly be real love. Sex is supposed to come with an emotional attachment and if she is sharing that with other people and you call your relationship happy, you should just think about her calling out someone else's name and telling them the same s**t she used to say to you and see all the lies your relationship is made of. I don't care how comfortable you are with sex, if someone else is sleeping with my wife, he better be f**king paying the bills too.

Yeah, but this is the pro-Frankenstein fanboy thread. All anti-Frankenstein comments will be voted down.

It seems folks took my comment seriously. Funny. I guess many people don't realize that several religions believe any birth control is sinful and interrupts procreation. As I have been Catholic, Mormon, and a few others in my life time, I can assure you that many fundamentalists consider birth control as being akin to abortion (check out the other related Digg article about the woman on Fox News). Also, there are religions where the waste of sperm is considered unholy. I'm not saying I believe this birth control is abortion--that was sarcasm. I am pro-birth control as a means to prevent the need for abortion.

Seeing as you're the girl who has admitted to prefer online dating, I imagine typing "::gives you a BJ::" is just as easy as "::has sex::".
