Go Shubb! I agree with taking a hard stance against the annoying cell phone problem, and for making a point of confiscating it. I don't think I would have thrown (or tossed) the phone, but handed it to the bailiff instead to be returned afterwards. My only question is, did he pay for damaging her cellphone?
