Awesome. This serves as an example to all parents not to roll over and accept unjust charges against their children for simply being children. It's not the DA's job to push his beliefs and morals on others and in this case Skumanick was clearly stepping over the line.

District Attorney George Skumanick Jr. needs to lose his job over this. The guy is clearly incompetent and should be anywhere near a position of power.

Wow, someone with a brain! They're teens. Teens have sex, talk about sex, and swap sexy pictures. Nothing short of imprisoning them all in solitary confinement will stop that. There's no point in ruining someone's life for normal behavior.

By the rational of this DA a LOT of ye'old fine art will have to be pulled from museums for displaying pornography. Such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venus,_Cupid,_Folly_a ... can you see where i'm going here? And as Ysabe already stated, there TEENS doing what teens do! Better off teaching them Vs punishing them.
