Some people don't want to get politicians involved in Federal Reserve policies because they are afraid that the American public would all want to borrow money at 0% (like the Fed funds rate) and cause inflation. With a country allready full of people in debt up to their eyeballs, it is inevitable that consumer interest rates will fall even lower if we get politics more involved.Frankly, I'd love to have a lower interest rate on my mortgage, so please do audit the Fed.

Can I bitch about Ron Paul for a moment? Ok this guy has his heart in it, an international following, and truly intelligent voters. Why isn't he making the most of his power? Seriously. He's got the balls, the infrastructure, and the fans to do it. Make a documentary about the Fed, organize a viable Libertarian party, or something else I can't think of. Now is the time. There is a vacuum of leadership on the right and the Republican Party is imploding. I'm sick of arguing with these f**king degenerates and would like to have an intelligent opposition. This is a progressive begging you to take it to the next level. Lets bring all 3rd parties into this next election in a real way.

So they're happy to tell you how they managed to get themselves out of the hole, but not how they got into the hole in the first place!!!I'm sure most Americans will be happy with that...
