I absolutely LOVE this article. As an avid cyclist, I can completely attest to the power of the bike. I've lost 70+ pounds since January, reduced my total cholesterol by over 200 points, lowered my triglycerides by almost 500 points, reduced my blood pressure to technically "low" and I owe it ALL to cycling. Diet helps, or course, but I firmly believe that cycling has completely saved my life. This is a fantastic article.
