In other words we are more and more running on fumes and virtual value! As we running out of things to rape and pillage in the global village this is going to become harder and harder to sustain. The colonial gold rush is coming to an end and we are going to have to learn how to live sustainably within the means of our planet without the ponzi game of rapid population growth and speculative bubbles of hot air.
