dailymail.co.uk — Maria Conneran and her family had worked hard to create their armless, nude snow lady in the front garden of their home in Rahway, New Jersey. But despite several compliments on their chilly version of the Venus de Milo, the family were forced to cover up her blushes after complaints from other residents.

Some people get way to worked up about trivial things. The snow will melt soon enough anyways.

Exactly. The complainer should be outed and publicly ridiculed. We have to stop letting the idiotic vocal minority dictate policy.

So you would find nothing unduly intimidating about a cop in your face "asking" you to cover it? What if they ask you to boycott an art exhibition suspected of being subversive? What if they ask you not to read a book because your neighbor wouldn't? How far does that go? If there is a crime being committed, issue a citation as a warning so we can discuss it in court. If there is not, police need to tell the complainer there is not, and leave the sculptors alone.
