msnbc.msn.com — Police say 21-year-old Antonio Fernandez Martinez of Oakland was arrested Wednesday in the Fruitvale district after trying to pull over an unmarked police vehicle. Martinez was driving a Ford Crown Victoria outfitted with flashing lights, a microphone and speakers.

He is a criminal already breaking the law by impersonating an officer his intentions could not be good.

I had an Impala. I was not talking about the car in the article. The Interceptor had a chip set as well. My old man the drove the car for the PD.

My area has a mix of those and Dodge Chargers. There's a few Chevrolet Impala's still around too, but most of the time, those are the sheriff's.

if i'm not mistaken, a citizens arrest con only be made to stop a person from either leaving the scene of, or continuing to commit a felony
